Sam Sgroi is a Global business leader with over 35 years’ experience in finance, business and operational leadership. As an experienced business and people leader he has set and achieved the strategic and operational objectives of a number of organisation’s through his finance and business acumen, strong leadership, employee engagement and collaboration. He has experience in leading Legal services, Information technology and Compliance and Ethics functions as well as designing and embedding business transformation and change management. Most recently Sam has been a strategic business consultant and is an executive partner in a property development company. Sam’s experience in diversity, inclusion and collaboration aligns with the Girls on Fire Vision and Mission to support and empower young women to take an active role in building community safety and resilience.
