She holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and currently works as an Air Traffic Controller, bringing strong coordination, communication, and operational skills to her role.
With experience in both high-pressure operational and administrative environments, Alyssa provides valuable behind-the-scenes support across Girls on Fire programs and projects, assisting with communications, scheduling, coordination, and organisational systems.
She is a valued member of the Girls on Fire team, contributing to the organisationās mission of empowering young women through leadership, resilience, and emergency services exposure.
