Girls on Fire is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed environment for all participants. All programs are delivered by trained facilitators and mentors, with robust child safety, risk management and wellbeing protocols in place. We work closely with Youth Justice, carers and partner agencies to ensure participant safety, dignity and support at every stage of the program.

NAB 2-Day Girls Fire & Leadership Program

NAB 2-Day Girls Fire & Leadership Program

A two-day immersive program combining Frontline Futures mentoring and leadership development with the Girls Fire & Resilience camp. It brings emerging emergency service leaders and young women together in a shared, real-world learning environment.

Emerging leaders in Fire and Emergency Services developing mentoring and leadership capability, and young women aged 14–19 exploring volunteering and career pathways in the sector.

Why It Matters

Builds the collective leadership capacity in the Fire & Emergency Services sector by upskilling and inspiring emerging leaders and providing them with a supportive training environment to practice their mentoring and leadership skills.
