Anastasia Bougesis is an experienced executive, board director and strategic leader with a career spanning government, emergency services and the not-for-profit sector. She has led government relations, strategic partnerships, communications and organisational growth, working closely with government, emergency service agencies and community organisations to secure significant public investment, build enduring partnerships and deliver initiatives that create lasting community impact.At the heart of Anastasia's leadership is more than 17 years as a practising paramedic with SA Ambulance Service. Serving on the frontline has given her a firsthand understanding of the pressures, resilience and commitment required of first responders, as well as the profound impact that strong organisations and communities have on those who serve. This operational experience continues to shape her leadership and decision-making.MBA qualified and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Anastasia also serves on a number of boards and advisory committees, bringing expertise in governance, strategy and risk.
