Helen Wilkinson brings over 30 years of experience in engineering management, safety assurance, and systems thinking across government and private sectors. As CEO of an engineering consultancy, she is recognised for building high-performing teams and applying human factors and collaborative leadership to complex challenges. A strong advocate for diversity, Helen supports STEM mentoring and equity-focused workplace policy. She completed the GAICD through the Women in Leadership Development (WILD) program in 2022 and serves on several boards aligned with social impact and Girls on Fire’s mission.
